Worm Whisperer? Surely you can do better than that!!!!!

OK...here goes, i'm in for some flak now......an update on the situation from the UK exec office in Chertsey.
I just got off the phone with one of the guys in the above office. He tells me that as the Galaxy S II is being released soon development of FroYo for the Apollo may be put on hold for a while. He did say it would be released as promised by Samsung HQ in Korea but had little clue as to when. It is the Korean HQ that put the new firmware up for download via KIES.
In my opinion as one of the official Samsung beta testers, the FroYo I have on mine (XXJPM) is not fit for general release - it is probably 85% there. I have tried about 9 different betas, all with varying degrees of issues - some very minor - some make the handset not fit for purpose as far as the law is concerned so are unreleasable.
If enough people complain, they may change their minds though. This means I need your help please.
If you look on the Samsung UK website you can register your device in the support section. Once done, submit a support request and ask when Froyo is coming for your handset. They will probably give you a load of waffle, just keep persisting and demand to speak to someone higher up the ladder.Tell them that you were promised FroYo for your device and are fully aware that beta testing has been going on for some months.
If you wish to call them, you can use 0845 67267864 or 01932 454358. Heres the support address:

I have just fired off a "to the point" email to Korea HQ via their service system (the public have no access), and to the head of the repairs dept. at CPW to see if he will get involved.
I apologise to those of you waiting for the official FroYo, it out of my hands to a certain extent but I want answers and will get them.
If you guys wish to do so, please pm me with the answers you get from support or head office. Im doing my best to sort this out when I get a spare five mins here and there.
