Hi I'm a newbie with a lovely scroll. I've had it a day and think it great for the money especially with the forums help.
One question I've charged it all night And the battery reads 93% this was charged with the unit on and in standby. If I turn the unit off And try charging, it just turns the unit back on.
any help on these two matters would be great.

Hi & Welcome,

The scroll is set to turn on when the power adapter is plugged in and on. To charge when off, have the charger in and on when the scroll is on, then power down the scroll, whilst leaving the charger in and on.

Also the battery reading is not that accurate - try one of the many battery apps available.

tbh, I never turn mine off. It's on stand-by (power on, screen off - press the power button once, and once again to reverse) all the time, whether I'm charging it or not. When I'm using it for music, I have it on and not charging until the power gets down to 10% (it will warn you of this), then I plug it in and charge it until I need to directly use it or go somewhere or head off for the night. Seems to work out well for me and the device is always charged when I need it.
