i have two usb 3g dongles for sale
1x O2 dongle
1x Vodafone dongle

Does the o2 one come with all the origional packaging/documentation and that? and what is the cosmetic condition?

sadly no, they disappeared when i moved house 
along with the end cap 
O2 dongle specs:

despite its size, it had really good reception, the necessary software is preloaded.
I intended to keep it for my In-car PC build, but ended up with a PCMCIA 3G card instead.
