Does not work for me. Still get the server error.
S1008, firmware 1.00, kernel 2.6.29, android 2.1, rooted, new build.prop v3

server error may be account related. try creating a new account on the scroll as opposed to logging into one

It calls a market:// link, so in theory if you had a webpage with a single link in it this would fire up the marketplace...

Just tried that with a webpage, doesn't work. :-(

Rooted, Clockworked, and removed Phone,MMS,TelpephonyProvider apk's and everything seems a bit quicker, why they are left in as default I will never know, it's not as if the hardware is in the tablet.
