When you connect the USB cable (not to the USB HOST port, but the other one) you will find in the status bar (the pull-down at the top of the screen) the option to mount the internal drive. That is the Scrolls memory. Mount it and windows will see it. You can then browse the drive from your PC. There is a driver to load if you like, for when the scroll's USB is in debug mode, which will let you assign a default action to take, like the PC opening a Windows Explorer window to the drive on your PC.
The external drive you also see listed is the SD card, if you have one installed.
