Unable to download using Android market

Also, when doing the factory reset there are two options to choose "Setup Wizard" and another one (cant remember the name). Does anyone know the difference? I would assume one is standard Android setup and the other is the Scroll Specific setup?

I used "Setup Wizard" last night and mine seems fine.

What the heck! :O I just applied the clockwork mod during my lunch break, and did a backup of the device, and lo and behold, upon reboot I get an market notification about updates being available! So I rapidly downloaded all the stuff I like, AND my paid apps! I'm doing another backup now in case this is a transient thing.

But for now, blinking excellent!!!

I left the update thing off on mine when downloading apps.

Wonder if applying the clockwork mod does something to keep the market working properly..?

My Market looks a wee bit different to that! (not so blurred )
I have the carosel etc but can't download as it starts and a few seconds later says download failed (took me a while to find out what it was saying as the failed message disapears so fast)

If you have an updated Market that's working on firmware 1.01, is there a way you can share the file?

^Thats the thing, i dont know if the one (just about) shown on my pic is the newest version or not... All i know is that it is working and has been for the last few days.

I think the one with the carousel might be the latest though because thats what mine changed to from the one above when it stopped working.

Thats why i asked if it was possible to stop the auto-update of the market?

I can share the file if needs be but it might not be any different to teh one you have.

Don't know if this is any help but if you can install 'Android Tweak', open it and select Install Apps/Useful then select anything in the list. Click Install for whatever and it opens the Market screen for that particular app. At the top is a magnifying glass symbol, click that and it opens Market Search.

Well it does on mine and the Market icon vanished from my apps list long ago!
