Sucks I know, I have just had to wait 4 days past my paid for delivery date to have my new Graphics card delivered by City Link

Totally messes with your day, listening for every sound incase they arrive

Hope it arrives soon for you

I've had loads of problems with City link in the past, I used to live close to the local depot and would regularly have to go and collecrt a parcel at the end of the due day. I try to avoid buying things from places that use them, It's not always possible and to be fair, they've been OK on the odd occasion they've delivered things to me in the last 18 months. Which is just as well as I now live over the other side if town.

Am having it delivered to work (I never have stuff delivered to home if it'll be delivered by courier - fed up of having to go to the depot to collect)

We're a 24x7 site so I know they've not attempted a delivery (I rang them with the tracking number and know the driver got it a few days ago).

We call them Shitty Link. The other one is Parcel Farce. DHL pisses us off because it's hub is in Omagh, so everything has to make the trip there before it can go elsewhere. UPS is just plain slow and their online tracking is crap.

I have found the most reliable couriers to be UPS (Maybe it depends on your location as to which depot you deal with) ^^

Check this out for complaints against City Link - 49 pages long, starting in 2006

http://forums.ebuyer.com/showthread.php?212-City-Link

Starts off with a question about them, but skip to the last few pages and you see they have been crap for 5 years

If they don't deliver today I could cancel it and get the 8".

We have to use UPS for Nokia returns (very reliable if you get the right guy) and Fedex for all other manufacturers (very good but they do have bad days)

Employees are like mules. Some you stand in front of and coax them along with a carrot. Some you stand behind and kick them in the arse. The key to management is knowing which mules are which!
