I don't understand your question please explain in detail - what have you done, how have you done it - what happened - what are you trying to do now and how are you trying to do it and what is happening. be specific and accurate otherwise no one will be able to help you at all.
If it isn't broken then don't try to fix it!

MAC addresses are normally a function of hardware, not software, so you won't have a file that defines it. The MAC address is hard-coded into the network card or equivalent device. A device will have the same MAC address whatever software is running on it unless someone has deliberately loaded MAC spoofing software.

Well in its current state it is running yarvik 264 and everything works besides the wifi and Bluetooth
Now I don't really mind the Bluetooth being there or not I don't think I will ever use it but the wifi is the big part of it now I think it might have to do with the MAC address or the drivers for the wifi when I have it in debugging mode on CMD it says could not load drivers and that it failed but I cannot find any location that the drivers should be in and I don't know where I could get the drivers.
I might have found the MAC address and all the numbers are 00:00:00:00:00:00
When I try change this it says it has changes and backd up the original but it doesint change at all no new files are made I also try's making my own file with a custom MAC address in it and copy it over but still won't do anything it just doesint change I have all the permissions set but it still won't change.
If anyone knows anything about a solution could you's help ? Thanks if anymore detail is needed just say thanks

Sean,

You seem to be confusing cause and effect - the reason that your MAC address is not being populated in the software is that your software isn't "seeing" the network adaptor. It is that problem you need to address. I suspect you are right that the drivers in the Yarvik ROM are not the right ones for the Wi-Fi adaptor chip that is in your Excel. You somehow need to identify the chip used and incorporate drivers for that into your current set up, easier said than done I'm afraid.

Spoofing a MAC address in software is pointless unless the software can communicate with the hardware.
