So I hope I've managed to get it all done.
But locating the nand file was tricky. I hope I got the right one.

This is great work between the two of you.
Just to perhaps clarify something about differing models.
From all that I can tell out there on the web, the only difference between the original Scroll Excel (build2) and the Current version Scroll Excel 54585 is the OS and £25.00. : viewtopic.php?f=29&t=3026

But I think all credit should go to Suggsy89 and you. I've just been following orders (and terribly at most times).

As for the difference in models (53715 and 54585) I thought it wasn't just down to the Os but also:

• Storage: 53715(4gb) / 54585 (8gb)
• Processor:53715 1 GHz Cortex A8 (single core) / 54585 1.2GHz Cortex A8, Mali-400 Dual Core Graphics Processor

Can't quite remember where I saw that though, Oh and what about the whole playing 1080p and 3d content?

results are good, ive got it to boot no problem.. although i cannot yet get access via adb

It does seems like busybox is dead, or wrong version... trying to overcome the problem by using a different version
