Delayed introduction

Postby barry17 » August 2nd, 2012, 7:03 pm

Hello everyone.

Just realised there was an introduction thread so I thought I'd write mine.

My name is Barry and I'm from the North East of England. I wanted a tablet with wifi that I could use around the house and possibly in a hotel as I sometimes stay out overnight for work.

I done quite a bit of reading on this forum because I'd already seen the scroll extreme on ebuyer and liked it, but for staying out overnight I liked the possibility of getting the i-players working.

Some of you may have seen I've already been on some of the threads as I have already broken my tablet and then fixed it again. I have no technical knowledge about the tablets but I am sharing my findings incase they can help others.

I already enjoy this forum and everyone appears very helpful and some of the topics make very interesting reading.

So my scroll extreme is currently running the new cm9 which works a treat. I don't do anything extraordinary on my tablet so I've had no problems yet.

Well, nice to meet you all and I'll see you around the forum.

Cheers

Barry

A nice formal hello to you Barry.
Don't forget to try the TV catchup app - it's much more stable now than iplayer.
If it isn't broken then don't try to fix it!
