Camera help

Please help i got a 2nd hand scrool excel every thing works grate (love my new toy) apart from the cam every time i start the cam it sez "The application camera (process com.android.camera) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again" iv tryed clear date..force stop...resetting.... but nothing could this be a firmware or hardware problem
some one please help i have not got a clue what to do

Android version 2.3.4

baseband version v1.6

jmh474 please do not place multiple posts for exactly the same thing in different sections on the forum as it will not be tolerated.
I have moved this thread to the Scroll Excel forum as you say that it what you have - and because it did not belong in the software section.

Sorry about that just trying to get my msh out there sorry agen starting to think no one knows tho iv emailed the people who make the tablet but still wating for answer sob sob lol

Hope you have some success but the camera on the Scroll range of tablets has never been up to much to begin with, still I hope you can get it sorted.
