Hi Can anyone help me i am trying to transfer my apps from the extreme to my 32GB micro sd card is it possible to do this if so how .Also to transfer pictures from an SD card to the extreme like i do on my desktop?

Your question is perhaps slightly open to misunderstanding.
If you want to be able to download and install apps directly to your external SD card then this can only be achieved by hacking the system and I understand is quite complex, but possible.

Many people when they read the specs on the Storage Options (and others) site and see the Tablet ROM stated as XGb expandable to 32 Gb using an external TF/SD card they fall into the trap of thinking that the External SD card expands the tablet's internal system memory. Oh how we all wish that were true but it isn't.

You can store apps and files and pictures and videos on the external SD card but they are purely stored there just like when you plug in an external hard drive to your desktop PC. To put files on your External SD card, all you need to do is connect your tablet to your PC using the supplied USB cable and when the table recognises it is connected to your PC select the file transfer mode which should show in the notification area at the bottom right hand corner of the screen where the clock is.

Your PC will then see yout tablet and any external SD cards as mass storage devices which you can drag and drop from/to.

Unfortunately though, I suspect this is not the answer to your question as I suspect you meant the former.
