Hi People,

I have upgraded to 20120615 and having trouble with Firefox Aurora. It no longer loads pages and freezes on the settings screen. It worked fine in 20120611. Anyone else have this issue?

Firefox Aurora is fast, supports add ons and flash. I like it more than the default browser and Firefox beta does not support flash (at least when I tried).

Thanks,
Sygin

I've been waiting for CM9 to settle to an "RC" before trying it... I think I'll wait a little longer until Christian comes to his senses and puts the balloon back

Piers asked today about an RC and this was Christian's reponce 'piers i will always release cm9 nightlies, even if they froze code for an RC, they're stable, if someone names them RCsomething no one wouldnt care'

I take that means it won't! I've been using the last 3 releases and it's brilliant. I browse, play games (no crazy graphics games), watch stuff via HDMI and it's top notch. Yet to have any issues at all.

I say jump in and go for it :) Take a backup before you flash and for some crazy reason you don't see the improvement (which I would be stunned if you did), you can go back.

Pluse this modding lark is bloody fun!

Hi,

Flashed CM9 on my Extreme last night after previously using 0.8 sugsey. A clear performance improvement in every area. Thanks all for this excellent resource

I notice some of you mention TV catchup, I tried to fetch this off Play but its not available. Did you install the apk directly?

Cheers

Has anyone started having problems with screen rotation? It seems to have stopped working and is stuck in landscape mode. I have just re-installed the latest CM9 + Compatibility + Gapp but it still fails to auto rotate to match the orientation of the tablet :(

I'm at work at the moment so don't have access to my backup's but tbh re-installing the rom should of fixed things? I think the best thing will be to try an older suggsy rom or the original backup and see if that recovers it..... i just hope the G-sensor hasn't packed up :(

btw all settings are correct in the settings menu for auto-rotation.
