Hi,

Any particular reason for this request? AFAIK you get not get it deleted as it would make a mess of the forum with all you good posts missing. Your best bet is to email/PM Stu (admin) as he has the final say.

The reason is due to a misunderstanding' I feel it's best I leave as I don't feel welcome here anymore

Sorry to hear you feel that way. I don't really see how you have been made unwelcome - far from it. From what I have just read - it seems you made a mistake by not "giving credit where credit was due" for work done by another and you were pulled up on that by the creator of said work. If you really want to leave the forum nothing is stopping you, just don't sign in again or you can forget about this and stay, it's up to you.

All I did was post a link and instead of using the authors link I used my own, I still don't see the problem with that. I will message the admin requesting my account to be removed.

Seems a shame Piers you have done some good work with the Essential?
You obviously have something to offer - we all share on here - why not stay.
If it isn't broken then don't try to fix it!

I am now going to contact Stu & temp ban you (sorry) until Stu can sort this, I feel this is the best action to take as I have seen the logs and you have been deleting your posts and editing them to show just a (dot) in them - This is not acceptable forum etiquette.

What you want the "ban hammer" really?

My reason for the temp ban on (Piers) was not over this as my post states, it's over deleting and editing posts to show no information in threads (I see the moderator logs) - As it disrupts the forum flow and is unfair on all members and guests of this forum, the temp ban is to stop further deletes/edits - It's up to Stu now on resolving this, I have just tried to limit damage and I may have made a mistake myself.
