There appears to be a Flash update on the brilliantly named Play Store. (NOT)
It seems to be more of an update for ICS again. And apparently improves performance.
Installed it last night.

I also installed this update last night but saw no devasting improvement in streaming unfortunately.
BBCi is still like watching those cheap Kung-Fu B movies.
