no sound through speaker or headphones

Hello, my sound does not work both through my speaker and headphones, it is not in silent mode and all volume controls are turned up, anyone have a solution?

Hi.
Sorry to hear about your problems.
I would start with a factory reset, and see if audio comes back then
If somebody elsee has some other things to try, then feel free to jump in
Hopefully though, that may sort it.
