I thought the Scroll Excel had 4GB of internal memory. However, when I connect it via USB and turn on USB storage, only 1.5GB is accessible?

Hi all,
I thought the Scroll Excel had 4GB of internal memory. However, when I connect it via USB and turn on USB storage, only 1.5GB is accessible?
