a bit of help please if possible

hello all,
im new to the forum and i need a little help with a small problem iv got.
im on my second extreme as my first 1 the nand died on me and just wouldnt do anything.....it was a bit strange as it showed 16gb internal storage b4 it died......
anyhow back on subjest....
im trying to install my paid for version of monopoly and it installs fine but when you come to run it it asks to download 200mb of data(which works fine on my phone and lenovo tablet)so i click ok and it just sits there doing nothing and ends up timing out!!!!
its really annoying as it and bewjewled 2 are the only games that fail to download,all my other games iv installed download fine.
can anyone help me out as im really stuck now and im not really new to android but this 1`s got me stumped.
