movie rentals????

Has anyone had any similar problems renting movie d/loads because their Extreme is "rooted" ??
Are there any workarounds ??

Generally I've been very impressed with the Extreme tho I have to hand it back to my lickle sis today. I got bbc iplayer working, and d/loaded Opera mini( very good), and Chrome ( tho haven't set it up yet), tried to access movies via the "my movies" app but it refused to even entertain the idea, pardon the pun- if this happens with my sis with all movie d/load sites Ithink she's gonna get mightily peeved !
Ideas ???

It was mainly designed to playback local files rather than through online rental services. Since the content providers are very strict about what devices distributors are allowed to "broadcast" to. Since this tablet is practically unknown, it's not likely to be able to play movie rentals legitimately.
