Pinch to zoom and auto rotate

Problems with my Scroll Excel 7in which is less than one month old.The pinch to zoom doesn't work anymore and portrait/landscape sometimes works sometimes doesn't.Is it broken or have I done something wrong.Any help gratefully received

Hi Janzman, bit difficult to deduce anything from your meagre details. Pinch and zoom will not work with everything and some apps will not recognise it. As far as autorotate goes I find this can slow right down if there are lots of apps onboard. Unless there are any more clues that you can post here then you might be stuck to get further help on this one.

If you can easily re-install your apps and no-one else comes up with a better answer then you may have to resort to a factory reset and see if that sorts things out. Sorry can't be more help - you might get a bit more attention if you move this post to the specific help requests threads.

Yep, agreed. A factory wipe will be the best place to start.
A while back my volume keys stopped working (ICS). The only way to fix it, was to wipe.
