gettinig 11 java errors when recompiling framework-res?? ill keep at it i just re installed the SDK only tonight before i statred this so i thought i had all the tools maybe not ?

Theres alot of things to do first, like make sure java is installed, change your path to show where java is installed etc.

i'll try it again then post any errors thanks i want to do this before flashing your latest ROM

decompile and get a folder in the output folder inside this i fid res inside is the values/strings right click and edit here then go back to auto tool and try to recompile with 1.4.3.jar but nothing gets output and get these errors

I think you need to set up your path to java ...

edited the path to ;C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin

and then jre7\bin exact same errors
the autotool is in C\
im going mad with this give up for a while i think

Hmmm, strange ...
According to your other screeny, It also looks like the program "aapt" is not in your path aswell, you can find that in the android-sdk/platform-tools folder, point your path to that also ...

Dont give up mate, once you get it, it will seem oh so simple
