What version of apktool.jar did you use to de-compile and re-compile?

I used 1.42 to decompile, and 1.43 to recompile mate.
More playing around is called for I think.

Now, when I use that xdaAutoTool it doesn't re.compile right for me

That's weird mate.
I'll take another look later.
But I'm sure I used that last night, when I found the recompiled apk in the dist folder.
Very strange.
As long as I select the latest version of apktool from the menu, it compiles fine using 1.43.
I will double.check later, what XDA Auto Tool I'm using mate.

I tried again mate, I was doing something wrong. All sorted now I'm modifying the launcher2.apk now aswell.

Yes mate.
If you want I will upload it tomorrow and post a link here.
But if you want to include yours in the update mate, that's fine by me
It was a joint adventure. Afterall you dif crack the weird way apktool works with its directory structure
And besides yours has a shiny new wallpaper

I plan on taking the camera.apk apart next.
Just to see if there is a way to increase the framerate.
But I have a feeling control of that lies elsewhere.

Feel free and use yours in the update.
I'm just glad I managed to track down a fix for it. It was driving me nuts.
