How to replace build.prop on the 1st gen Scroll - NOT Excel

I think the default is 60? might b wrong on this though... the wifi scan only actually does anything when you have wifi on and are not connected to anything...
If someone finds the default value to be something other than 60 I will increase/decrease this as needed

Actually on the thing? No Idea lol. I dont have my scroll yet still...
I Next version of this i will amend the kernel like with -warpedflash or something so people can tell if its worked



IF you go to settings>about phone> Model Number should now list "Scroll Tablet" at least thats where the change happens on my dell streak

Sure, it's... Model number, Firmware version, Baseband version (wha?), Kernel version and Build number
