Has anybody tried any of the android joysticks that you can buy for about 6 quid off Amazon on the Excel?

Just wondering about compatability so if anybody knows, please let me know.

i have read on other forums about putting the required files into the kernel when making roms for allwinner a10 devices (of which the excel is one )so that you can use jooysticks and psp controllers with games which leads me to believe that its not plug and play but i could be wrong

Im thinking more of something like this - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Joystick--Arcad ... 096&sr=8-1

It doesn't have a any wires, I 'think' it just uses the screen like your finger would...

Aye, that should work on the Excel. As it's designed for an iPad (that has a capacitative screen), so should work on any device with a capacitative screen. - It will not work on a resistive type screen tho'
