Tried blinkbox in opera as both mobile and desktop (after build.prop change) - failed
Also tried in stock browser with html5/flash settings - failed

Does the build.prop file show that it is indeed running ICS 4.x or has it still got the 2.3.x identifier?
That's assuming of course, that the OS version is identified in the build.prop.
