According to a bout of Googling, the latest version of Adobe Flash (Version 11.1.111.5) is 4.0 compatible.

I believe that 11.1.111.5 was the first version of Flash Player to be compatible with ICS. and 11.1.112.61 is the latest version.

I've been reading this forum for a while (about a week before I got my Excel). The lip sync issue was ruining the tablet for me, so I decided to take the plunge and tried this.
Following the instructions I installed ICS fine. (Though watch out for the press power button 10 times bit, it might take a few goes).
Please note that after installing this, clockworkmod recovery is no longer installed. I'll try putting it back in at a later date.
Everything seemed to be going fine (skype/market etc) until I installed the lordsbm script.
After installing the script, my market no longer worked - kept coming up with a message "You must add an account to the device to continue." When clicking to add an account, it just goes back to the launcher.
In settings>accounts my gmail account has dissappeared, and i cannot re-add. When clicking on Gmail screen briefly turns white then goes back to launcher.
Has anyone else experienced this, or got any ideas?
I would recommend that until this is resolved others refrain from flashing the script.
I have had to re-flash the ics image to get back to a fully working system.

i thought you would lose clockworkmod it should go back on ok
i was going to try and unpack the boot .img from the ICS download to see if it would flash fom CWM but aint got round to it yet

I couldn't get bbc iplayer to work with standard browser however i've read that apparently opera works.....unfortunately i was just testing if flashing the script after adding gmail account would produce a different result and it didn't. Just re-flashed so will test soon.

Couldn't get iplayer to work as desktop or mobile user agent in opera, was asking for javascript on desktop site, not compatible phone on mobile site. I'm trying the build prop from the script files......

@Mitre - If clockworkmod does install on ICS does that mean that the device could then be recovered to 2.3.4 if ICS proves to be unsuitable?

corect as long as you have a backup of GB you can flash back and forth as you wish takes about 2 mins

Tried to re-install CWM Recovery, output from command prompt as follows:-
