Same as Mitre here, if there is no flash I don't want it either. I would be happy with an audio fix for 2.3.4 so I can have better viewing on blinkbox

just went through the whole topic and I must say I'm really dissapointed by SO

One of the main reason I went for the Scroll Excel and not some other nonamecheapchinesetablet was the belief that I would get support an upgrades, of what I tought was a SERIOUS company and not just a quick profit in&out company :(

Thanks for your post @jadee and welcome to the forum.

Okay, I think it's it time to stop 'flogging the dead horse' of expectation that SO will come good on ICS.

It's a shame, I had expectations that SO would become a brand worthy of our loyalty, it would seem that's not to be the case.

I really like the Excel and the device has got a lot of potential, which we will tease out over the coming months. I, for one, won't be buying another SO product though.

From my experience with SO tablets from the start with their 1st gen one - there has never ever been a full upgrade of an OS on an existing device, it will always been on the next device.

With the 1st gen tablet it had 2.1 and we hoped they would upgrade us to 2.2 - It never happened. We tried to do our own 2.2 rom, it never worked. The best rom for that tablet was CM7 2.3 but that still has some things that do not work.

However SO have always provided updates for their devices to fix current issues. I hope and pray they do fix the lip-sync at least - so i can stream from blinkbox in sync.
