Also the iSight camera on my MacBook shows a mirrored image in PhotoBooth. Never really noticed that before!

so what this thread is telling me is that the guy with the birthmark on his left cheek sitting in a heathrow customs cell wearing a paper jumpsuit with a sore backside should not have done his new passport photo on his smartphone and should have put £4 in the photo booth instead

Yep, I tried to scan a barcode with the eBay app.
It was fine holding the product so the camera could see it, but the barcode and numbers were backwards on the screen. Needless to say, it never scanned.

i dont know of any devices screen side camera that is not mirror imaged includng the one on top of your laptop we should be able to fool the camera to think its rear facing via modding software some how but i would say its pretty pointless with a 320p camera as it wouldn,t even read a barcode and you cant see what your shooting.it is what it is
