How do i flash back the stock ROM?

Im using CM7 and clockwork recovery on my captive scroll 7inch.

How can i go back to the stock rom and recovery?

you should have made a backup mate, unlike me who didnt lol

I didnt either, i think if we can get the stock recovery back, then we can flash back the rom that storage options gives out which I have. I cant flash the stock rom with clockwork, but i bet i could with the stock recovery if someone has a dump of it
