Here you go: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=76RXB5LS

Suggsy: Try with the one i just posted, it hasnt been touched since i downloaded it, i just re-uploaded it fresh again.

I never tried "unyaffs" but i found this quote on a website

Now it can only extract images created by mkyaffs2image.
does that make any difference?

I just tried "unyaffs" on the boot.img and get STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION wth?
Dave

Employees are like mules. Some you stand in front of and coax them along with a carrot. Some you stand behind and kick them in the arse. The key to management is knowing which mules are which!

Dave, unyaffs does not work on boot.img, only system and userdata...
To be honest i have never come across mkyaffs2image... so no idea on that one...
Your update.zip looks like it contains the whole OS of 2.1 so that should be good to update via cwm

Klink, i just tried this myself, i got the same error... Its clockwork recovery that's the problem, you need to flash standard recovery back
download this and extract to sdcard http://www.evilbobbins.com/android_file ... covery.zip
boot to recovery and connect to pc via usb

run commands..

adb shell
flash_image recovery /sdcard/Mtd6_recovery.img

power down the scroll and then boot to recovery again

report here if it boots to recovery 2e or not

this is a security script or something and clockwork recovery does not understand it that is why it throws a tantrum and stops
