Just a thought......
If you say to them that it was a mistake flashing an update from their website where it wasnt made abundantly clear which model it was for then they should replace it under warranty.
It still bothers me that we cant get it to behave... I thought we had copies available of every firmware issued, obviously not.
I'll have a dig through your threads and see if theres something we missed.

Hi all , well im new to any type of tablet,anyway ill cut to the chase. went to storageoptions webby and went for update unknown to me what model i had just said 7 capacitive touch ,basically thought it was mine. anyway done the update, all was goin well untill i found out couldnt use touch screen but apart from that all is workin, anyway is there away to do an update to get it back to its formal state.ive been readin forums bout diff firmware version etc is there 1 for android 2.1/ be very much appreciated on any ideas?
This alone, I would have though they should make it clearer on the website which model it was for.
