hi again installed update , switched back on loads up to the storage options logo screen with white background with logo in middle left it on for 10 minutes or so if anythin happens but nothing its still on logo screen

go to recovery, wipe data/factory reset, reboot

still the same m8, this scroll has had more updates than windows. still on logo screen but doing nothing i think theres nothin else you guys can do , tried everything stuck with hybrid scroll/miscroll but thnxs gain for you time/effort but happy to be guinea pig if you can think of anything else.. ? what if i go to storage options website download that update that got me in this mess in 1st place 7" Capacitive Scroll update then put in that update you sent me , worth a try or will it totally kill it lol

Can I suggest you contact storage options to work out the exact model you have?
My best guess is the 1.02 fw resistive screen one.
