wifi is still a bit iffty

Hello All,

After still persevering with the scroll I do like it however.

I still have random drop outs with the wifi while sitting 5 foot away from wireless router? I have the wifi channel on a low setting and it seems to work fine for a bit then the only way to make it work is to reset the device or the wifi.

Is anyone else having a similar problem and what are the steps I can do to fix this?

?Perhaps update the wifi driver?
?Use another method eg a usb plugin wifi?

its a new one on me im afraid, mine seems to manage happily on a BT router. have you checked its not an issue with the router? like... connect another wireless device at the same time and see if it drops-out at the same time/rate?
if its not a problem with the router then you might have a duff scroll and an email to the storage options tech-support might be teh next step. i had fantastic service from them a few weeks back
