Merhaban! I believe is Turkish, similar to meerhabba in Arabic ( sounds like that but not written, can't type in Arabic on here! :)

[grim-uhs, gri-meys]

According to the "rules" of English, I think it should be grime ace but I've never heard anyone that. I've only ever heard grim us, but apparently grim ace is OK.

Should actually be:

لا أستطيع أن اكتب باللغة العربية في هذا المحفل

Online translators are ok, but they can get mixed up ( I even went to the trouble of installing an arabic keyboard to correct it!)

That's cheating and you added some words :D

I can not type in Arabic in this forum

I noticed that when I copied and pasted it, it scanned the sentence backwards!

I can speak it ok, but writing it correctly is a bloody nightmare! If you go into a bank in Egypt they write out tickets on alternate lines first in English, left to right, then Arabic right to left underneath. Its amazing to watch how quickly they do it!

I write left-handed, seems more "flowing" to write from right to left. Keyboards type proper Arabic script, but handwriting looks totally different. My Arabic writing is probably the equivalent of a six-year-old native.
