After having only good to say about this tablet I'm now getting the dead android as it tries to switch on.

The Storage Options ballon pic flicks on the screen then the dead android screen comes up

Is there a way to revive it?

Cheers

When you say no joy do you mean the reset did not cure it or you could not access system reset?

reset hasn't cured it nor has the system recovery "wipe data/factory reset"

:(

Returned to Scan and swapped no trouble (6 week old) 8-)

I've been having a look around while mine has been down to see if I could get a refund or negotiate an alternative tablet at Scan but have to say there is nothing that compares t the Engage on spec for the price

I'm happy again!

:D
