Sound

I have just bought a Scroll Elite and was disapointed to hear a scratchy sound comming from the speaker every time I type anything. I attempted to turn off all the sound options in the settings, but although they show as now off they clearly are not, as I still get the tactile sound when typing. This is the second unit that had this problem. Although the first one wouldn't charge either. Any suggestions? Has this been fixed in a firmware update?
