Hello guys of this forum. I have a Scroll Xtreme 9.7 that it has being used by the kids for a almost a year now, finally I have the chance to start making use of it and I have noticed a couple of things that are not right with it so I wonder if, is there anyone here able to give us a hand? The tablet is running ICS and even my google account is registered on it, I can't update the Youtube app at all, it seems like the app was pre-installed and I can't even delete it in order to install the latest version. Any Ideas? Also, I notice that when I use headphones with the tablet, the internal speaker continues working at the same time as the headphones... again, any ideas? Muchas gracias de antemano!

Can you explain why you can't uninstall the current version of YouTube?

The fact that the internal speaker remains on with earphones plugged in suggests a faulty socket not breaking connection when you insert the jack.

Hello Trashcooky, sorry for not answering quickly but I have decided to send the device back to Storage Options to be fixed and they have sent me a newone. Anyway, I still have the same problem with Youtube... So, when I try to update the old version to the newone it downloads the the update but when it trays to install it I get this "Package file was not signed correctly. Uninstall the previous copy of the app and try again" But as I have mentioned before, the tablet does not allow me to remove the app, if I try to remove it using the system setting and "Manage apps", when I choose YouTube there is not uninstall option, only "Force stop, Disable, Clear data, and Clear Cache. If I press Disable,I get this "If you disable a built-in app, other apps may misbehave".. I don't understand!. Muchas gracias.
