As you say all traces seem to have vanished on this one.
The latest I can find even close is for the Onda which has the Elite as its nearest neighbour.
That is in the list here which I believe is from November 2012.

You can download it from Google Play. But, it's not a free. You need to pay for that.

Hi Thomas, I think you may be getting mixed up about CM10 being available on Google Play store.

The CM10 talked about on this forum (also other versions of CM i.e. 7,8,and 9 etc) CM stands for "Cyanogen Mod" which is a home cooked version/s of android operating systems with different API levels:

Android API levels can be split up into three main groups (not very scientific, but it helps to understand):

Android 1.5 - 2.3 (API levels 3-10) - Android made specifically for smartphones.
Android 3.0 - 3.2 (API levels 11-13) - Honeycomb, Android made for tablets.
Android 4 (API levels 14-) - Ice Cream Sandwich - a big merge with tons of additional functionality, totally revamped Android version, for both phone and tablets.
Android 4.2 Jelly Bean (API level 17) is taken and optimised by dev's (mostly on http://www.xda-developers.com/) by people like Christian Troy and released as CM versions the latest being CM10.

It appears the CM10 you are referring to for sale on Google play are tracks by a music artist who has taken the name CM10.
