CM10 video playback

I have installed Christian Troys CM10_A10_20120909 build but I am getting very poor video playback (I have not tried video playback on previous CM10 builds), glitchy audio and random stuttering. On slatedroid it describes how to install BubbleUPNP and MXplayer to fool it into thinking it is streaming video but this does not seem to work for me. Anybody have any suggestions or has the same problem?

Other than this my Scroll is working very well indeed :)

Hi Stubalock,

I checked before installing CM10 and the system storage was big enough, can't remember what it was though. It is now reported as 344mb with 33.85mb free.

After further fiddling with the settings it turns out that at some point I had increased the maximum CPU speed to 1200, after I reduced this 1104 it seems a lot happier now. I really should leave things alone that aren't 'broke'.

Thanks for your help anyway :-)

I don't know if it helps but i have my CPU governor set to fantasy, it does drain the battery a little faster but it keeps the CPU clock cycles up so helps with lag too
