Not sure if this has been asked or not, if it has, my apologies and apreciation if you can post the link.

For my sins I'm on Sky unlimited broadband, considering changin, but is dificult as it is in constant use as I'm based from home.

I was out and about today, and tried connecting my tablet to the so called free Sky hotspots. I know they work or at least did, as I was in the same location last week and got connected to the Sky wifi, but today it would not let me connect. It couldn't even find the Sky hotspot.

So I tried, when back on line to load the Sky wifi app, and it says ghe Extreme is incompatible. I don't believe thia to be the case, just a support thing, so found a copy of the apk, but this would not install either.

Has anyone else found the apk that can be installec on the Extreme.

A link if you would be appreciated.

Kevin I followed links on Sky (yes I am an unlimited user too ) and it led me to Google Play https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... .cloudwifi
This was by following the Sky pages links to the app download for "android devices".
I haven't got an Extreme but I am runnings Suggsy's ICS 4.0.3. on my Excel.
The app downloaded and installed without error.
I logged in to my Sky account and registered my Excel.
I now have 4 Sky cloud wifi locations showing in system/wifi.
Have not been able to try them out as they all report out of range - typical
I have no reason to suspect they will not work though and I will report back sometime in the future,
when I have been able to carry our a roaming test.

Cheers Trashcooky, looks like when I get over my "nervousnous" to mod my Extreme, I should be able to load Sky hotspot app.
