SD card -moving apps to it

Just got my Scroll Extreme and so far pretty pleased with it. Put a 16GB sd card in at first, but ordered a 32 GB which arrived yesterday. Immediately copied everything from the 16 GB which I'd originally put folders on with amazon mp3s on etc. I have an HTC Desire HD and so I'm used to the idea of moving apps to the sd card. When I put in the 32 GB yesterday though I could see that the Scroll Extreme doesn't move to the external sd card but some sort of internal one. What use is this?????
Can anyone tell me how I get get stuff re-routed to the REAL sd card?

There really is only way and that is to modify the boot.img

You cant do it live on the Extreme.

It gets tricky, its like taking a piston out of a running engine then putting it back.

OK, thanks. Is there a How To on here you'd recommend?

There is no real "How To"

For development i recommend this though... It may help.

Have you tried Directory Bind?

I use it on the excel with ICS and it works fine.
Needs root though.
I have bound my whole android data folder and can get tons of apps now.

Sorry about the slow response. Have done that now ... waiting to see if I can make it work.
Thanks.

I moved apps very easily to the external card with no fancy manipulation.
I downloaded and installed Titanium backup, there's an option in there to move users apps to an SD card.
