Did some testinb to find out....
I use multiple e,ail acounts and you can view combined email window, which is good as you can see your new email on all accounts at a glance.
However, if there is NO email on ALL the accounts when trying to get the combined view you get a "email failure" message. Make sujre there is an email on one of those accounts anf it works perfectly.
Not sure if anyone else has seen or experienced this, but it was driving me mad, so thought i'd share what i'd learnt. Hope it makes sense or helps out anyone who hs been bugged with this error like I was.
