Fosgran wrote:Exactly the same happened to me. After 6 days wait for it to be delivered it was really disappointing. I phoned the manufacturer and they gave me a fault number, but didn't seem surprised that it had failed. E-buyer arranged to pick the tablet up the next day and said a new one would be sent out to me within 2 to 3 days. 4 days later I rang to see where it was and they informed me they had only just received the return which would take 3 to 5 days to process at which point another would be sent out. At this point I was so cross I told them to cancel the order and give me a refund. Maybe I will be tempted to order another one when e-buyer have lost the sole rights, but I will never order anything from them again now. I hope Amazon start selling them, at least their customer service is good.

Yes, that did nothing. However, should you really have to reset a product that has just been shipped to you? Everything I've seen points to issues on production quality thus far, however you can't tell how bad as people only mention when there is a problem.
