Restoring Pre Loaded Applications

Hi there. I was wondering whether somebody could kindly offer some advice. I have recently purchased a second hand Scroll Excel 2 from someone who had refurbished it. I turned it on and have found that the pre loaded applications that should be there are not. I am not sure how to access them. I have tried to factory reset it but it has not worked. Any advice would be gratefully received.
Thanks

Unless this Excel has remained un-modded or completely returned to stock condition os-wise it is possible they have been deleted. Originally there was a folder called Scroll apps which you could find using the file browser. If this is still there on the tablet and still has the apps inside the folder then all you need do is select which files you want to install.

Thank you for replying. The folder Scroll Apps is there but non of the apps are. Asked the person who I bought it from and he just said to try restoring it to factory settings, which I have to no avail.

You will have to find these apps to download online then as carrying out a factory restore resets the system only if these files have been removed then they are gone I'm afraid.
