Goodbye to my Excel

Hey guys.
It looks as if I will be saying goodbye to the Scroll Excel :(
A friend of mine bought the Nexus 7 16gb for £199 from Argos, after I recommended it. She bought it up for me to give it my blessing :)
I then looked in the Chrimbo catalogue and saw the Nexus 7 32gb for £199.
Before this my Mrs told me I should apply for an Argos store card. I did say to her, that I very-much doubt that they would give me one.
Anyhoo. My Mrs and my step-daughter were on the laptop, that I baked in the oven a few years back. (good story that). Then my Mrs walked into the front room and said to me "Remember that Argos card? Well you have been accepted".

So I thought in that case I will teat myself :)
My Mrs shouted "No you bloody aint"!
But I then said that I would sell my Excel cheap to my step-daughter for my Granddaughter.
That worked!!
My friend is a little annoyed that she could have gotten the 32gb version for the same price. But I'm not complaining.
So what this boils down to, is this. IT'S ALL TRASHCOOKY's FAULT!!
Just after I got my Galaxy S3, Traskcooky wrote. "I thought you would have got the Nexus 7 by now!".
So, yep. It's all your fault :p
On a side note. Adobe Flash works great on Jelly Bean(S3).
So I will be side-loading it on my Nexus when I get it.

So I will no-longer have my beloved Excel, but I will still pop in and out of this great forum, because I look upon each and every one of you as good friends :) Especially the Moderators and Admin.
(A big thank you goes out to @Charlie and @Trashcooky).

But like I said. You will still see me on here :)

It's been fun hasn't it  Funny thing is I've been looking to start a Scroll collection keeping my eyes open on eBay.
I thought I might treat them like shoes with a different OS on each one :D
Funny thing is I have just found another JB ROM that works on the Excel which I am playing with now but I guess you'll never know lol.

Happy hunting and when you get something better than your Nexus 7 don't forget our WTS section of the forum for selling.
