Received Scroll Excel in post today. When powered up I get two vertical coloured lines on the screen no matter what the screen orientation is. Absolutely no come back from their tech support via phone or email. Am tempted to send straight back unless anyone here has a suggestion? Cheers

I am no expert but it sounds as though you have probably got a duff one.
If you are going to send it back, remember your contract is with the business that sold it to you and they are the one's you should be complaining to.
