I can't see that it's been mentioned before, but there's a lengthy review of the Excel (including videos) on the ebuyer forum at: https://forums.ebuyer.com/showthread.php/75297-Storage-Options-Scroll-Excel-3D-7-quot-Tablet-review

One thing, because I'm shallow, that caught my eye was:
...if you register your product online http://www.storageoptions.com/warranty you get a free Storage Options accessory

I registered a while ago... I wonder what could be coming my way! Has anyone received anything?

I have no idea, thanks for posting that Excel, not seen that on the SO site before.

Maybe you only get the accessory, when you have to claim 'under warranty' ?

@ Mitre - The registration blurb refers to 'sold and distributed', I'd say go for it!

@Excel - Just remembered that I have seen that review before on Youtube, before I got my Excel, I thought he sounded like Chris 'whats his name' that does wildlife programmes and such.

@ Charlie - I saw it a while ago too and must admit that the comment:
screen sometimes registering a tap somewhere else completely different on the screen to where you have pressed.

nearly put me off buying it. I've not experienced that one at all... yet! And I'm glad I've got the Excel

@Excel - same here.

I think it has happened once on my Excel. Maybe it depends how much static you are giving out at the time of pressing the screen.

Yep it is a great device (with a few bugs to iron out tho')

its best to keep both hands on the scroll to prevent generating static no matter what dodgy video clip you are watching
