Anyone else having trouble connecting to Sky using the sagem router? it just wont connect. keeps trying to connect goes through authenticating process then it disables from sky router. then it just keeps scanning looking for more connections but will not go back to the sky router.

Am I missing something simple

Try a wifi channel between 1-11. If you use 12 or above it probably wont like it.

Thanks for the reply. I am using channel 5 so it may not be that. Any other suggestions out there...

My tip would be to double check you have entered the correct password and typed it right on the scroll - (I have ended up putting the wrong one in a few times).

I have been connecting to sky router since excel arrived before Christmas no problems what so ever. No drop outs.
