Started over again as you suggested, but still no response from Livesuit.

I can't see what I am doing wrong. Unfortunately I only have Windows 7 pc's otherwise I would try a different one.

Everything appears to be correct, but it does not work.

really odd, I know I had problems with it but eventually I got it working , it sounds like you have everything setup correctly.

I cant think what else would be stopping livesuite from detecting your device.

ok I just check on mine again, load up livesuite select your image file, make sure excel is off, connect usb cable, hold volume +, then whilst still holding volume + keep pressing the power button 6-10 times eventually it should connect and live suite should pop up with a box about formatting before flashing the image.

just tried that on mine and worked ok

pobble are you using suggsy's drivers or the ones from the livesuite folder
i had touble with XP had to flash from the wifes win764bit laptop
maybe try it holding the menu button instead of volume whilst plugging in i read somwhere you can hold any hardware button???
also plug the cable into pc first then hold button and connect other end to excel

Mitre - I was using the drivers from the Livesuit folder as I did not see any others.

Tried using the menu button and same result.

Where would I find Suggsy's drivers?

I now have my laptop out so have a clean install.

Updated the Android drivers as per your post.

Switched on Scroll, connected and device recognised as usb so can transfers files etc. Powered down Scroll, disconnected usb cable

Then started Livesuit, chose disc image, held volume+, plugged in usb and pressed power about 6 times.

Device connection sound ok, but driver for Livesuit not installed. Installed it via device manager.

Disconnected and powered down Scroll again. Started Livesuit, Held down volume+, plugged in usb and pressed power a few times.

Device connection sound and that is all that happens.

Have I missed something?

I am starting to lose the will to live over this.

The only versions I can find are 1.07. Downloaded and installed from another site, but still no joy.

I guess I am stuck with Gingerbread unless someone lives near Bromley, Kent who has updated.
