I have emailed them too. Wait to see what they have to say.

No mate, you're not alone :)
I have this annoying problem of spotting glitches with anything a mile away.

I did at first, think it was me imagining it, but no.

Hi blueeagle,

You heard back on your support call?

I haven't but I reckon we're unlikely to here anything this year since they're closed from tomorrow.

Plus, have you seen this viewtopic.php?f=48&t=1784

Same thing for under £100...Fair enough, its obvious they are made in China but I am wondering if they are in anyway in control of the software? If the Android implementation is owned by the Chinese too I reckon we have a slim to none chance of getting our audio sync issue sorted.

Lets hope the software is maintained in house!

No mate, not yet. I figured we wouldn't hear much until after the new year. I heard from them on an unrelated issue a few days back. But nothing since.

Just a friendly posting, concerning the sometimes flaky WIFI.
There is an app on the Market titled WIFI Fixer.
Apparently it's for that very issue.

Happy New Year Everyone!

Needs sorting, BBCi is unwatchable, and the Excel came bundled with it. Tried to watch an episode of Porridge and gave up, ended up finding same episode on Youtube and it played pretty much perfectly. Love the Excel, but why bundle it with an App that it cannot run ?

Yep mate.
Doesn't make sense to me. I used the Movies app to look at upcoming more movies. On there was a trailer of the new Hobbit movie. It was in HD as far as I can see, with a stunning picture, and it. Played perfectly.

So basically low quality videos play terrible. And the higher the quality the better.
Makes no sense whatsoever.

Happy new year.

Same problem for me.

I've sent an email to them today, no reply so far.

This is a real shame, great tablet otherwise, but seeing as watching movies on the go was one of the main reasons for buying it, it's a major issue for me.

I think with a bit of luck we should get a response in the next couple of days. Fingers crossed mate.
